●EROICA JAPAN CLASSIC RIDE
This is the flagship vintage bicycle ride of Eroica Japan, held on November 1.
Please purchase “November 2026 Eroica Classic” on the My Eroica page.
ENTRY FEE: ¥18,500
Eligibility: Only bicycles that meet the Bici Eroica criteria may participate. There are no restrictions on nationality, age category, or number of riders.
Bicycles for riders with disabilities, including electric-assisted bicycles, may participate unconditionally.
Even if the bicycle was not manufactured before 1987, it may participate if it uses mechanisms such as down-tube shift levers and toe-clip pedals.

●REYNOLDS RIDE
The REYNOLDS Ride, held on October 31, is open to all bicycles that comply with the Road Traffic Act.

●Eroica Japan Official Hotel
Isozaki Onsen Hotel New Hakuaki
The official hotel of Eroica Japan is Isozaki Onsen Hotel New Hakuaki. ※Adjacent to Eroica Village
- Bicycles can be brought into all guest rooms.
- The hotel can receive and ship bicycles. ※Unpacking, packing and assembly services are available for an additional fee.
●Camping and overnight stays in vehicles at Eroica Village
Ride participants may camp or stay overnight in a vehicle free of charge in the designated areas from October 30 through November 1.
●Camping
Each space is approximately 16 m². Capacity is limited to 30 tents and advance registration is required.
●Overnight stays in vehicles
- Without fire: advance registration is not required.
- With fire: advance registration is required.
Important: this registration does not reserve a participant parking space. Completing the form does not guarantee parking. Parking is first-come, first-served and capacity is limited. If the participant parking area cannot be entered on arrival, overnight stays inside the venue are not permitted. Overnight stays on roads, in general visitor parking, or in any undesignated area are prohibited.
When using fire, appoint one fire-safety supervisor. Open fires are prohibited and fire use is suspended in strong winds. Remove all charcoal, ashes and rubbish, restore the ground including peg holes, and secure tents and tarps with sufficient weights. Parking beside a tent is not guaranteed.

Users of the Village parking area and Ajigaura Beach Parking Area must print the official Eroica Japan parking permit and display it on the dashboard so that it is clearly visible from outside the vehicle.

●Ajigaura Beach Parking Area — temporary parking for general visitors
With the kind cooperation of Hitachinaka City, Ajigaura Beach Parking Area is available as temporary parking for general visitors. Riders may also use it if the Village riders’ parking area is full.
- Available: October 30, 2026 at 08:00 through November 2, 2026 at 20:00
- Address: 2229-1 Ajigaura-cho, Hitachinaka, Ibaraki 311-1201, Japan
- The parking area is divided into north and south sections across the road. Please use the north section first.
- The parking area is unattended. Park safely and do not obstruct traffic.
Overnight stays in vehicles and camping are prohibited at Ajigaura Beach Parking Area. The organizer accepts no responsibility for accidents, theft, fire, damage or any other trouble.

●Briefing
Before the start of each route, a briefing will be held to explain dangerous points, important notices and other matters.
The briefing times are listed in the schedule above. The briefing venue is planned to be near the Headquarters inside Hotel New Hakuaki.
※The briefing time and venue may change. In such cases, we will announce the change via Official LINE and Official WhatsApp.
●Refresh yourself after Eroica Japan in a scenic Onsen - hot spring.
On November 1, Eroica Japan participants may use the Onsen at the event Headquarters, “Hotel New Hakuaki,” free of charge after finishing the ride.
※If you wish, you may leave your change of clothes and bathing items at the event Headquarters before the ride.
※While bathing, you may leave your bicycle at the event Headquarters.
※Towels and other bathing items can also be purchased at the hotel.
※Many riders are expected to use the facility. Please cooperate and share the space so that everyone can enjoy it comfortably.
※On October 31, REYNOLDS RIDE participants may also use the Onsen after the ride（paid / 13:00〜20:00）.
●After finishing the Eroica Japan ride, enjoy curry rice, tonjiru, and a free BBQ party.
From around 15:00 on November 1, NPO Hakuaki（children’s cafeteria） and the Hitachinaka City neighborhood association are scheduled to provide curry rice and tonjiru free of charge to all riders, related staff, and volunteers. A free BBQ party is also scheduled. Details will be announced on this page.

CONCORSO D’ELEGANZA
CONCORSO D’ELEGANZA will be held at the Eroica Japan venue on Saturday, October 31. Participation is free. We invite you to display beautiful, historic and distinctive bicycles. Prize winners will receive a Rinne-designed Eroica Japan special sacoche (value ¥6,000).

- Display time: 10:00–approximately 16:30
- Display method: Your display location will be assigned on the day. Please be sure to bring your own bicycle stand.
- Entry fee: Free
- How to enter: Tell a staff member when you check in.
- Display area: Announced on the day.
- Awards: Presented during CIAO EROICA that evening.
- Bicycles participating in an October 31 ride are not eligible to enter.

Eroica Japan 2026 Cycle Flea Market
Applications are open for the free cycle flea market at the former Isozaki Elementary School schoolyard.
- Dates and hours: October 31 and November 1, 08:00–17:00
- Capacity: 20 spaces / 3.6 m × 3.6 m each
- Application deadline: October 19
- Vehicle load-in: October 30, 13:00–20:00, or October 31 before 07:00
- Vehicles may not enter after 07:00 on October 31. Loading on November 1 should be avoided; final load-out begins at 15:00.
- Exhibitors must provide their own tent, weights and pegs. Any goods left at the venue remain the exhibitor’s responsibility.

CIAO EROICA — Eroica Japan Eve Party
CIAO EROICA will be held on October 31 from 18:00 to 20:00 at Isozaki Onsen Hotel New Hakuaki.
My Eroica members may purchase through My Eroica. General participants may use the general registration page; My Eroica membership is not required.
Cancellations and same-day registration are not accepted.
CIAO EROICA Special Programme — Charity Auction Supporting a Children’s Cafeteria
A charity auction will be held during CIAO EROICA, with proceeds donated to NPO Hakuaki’s children’s cafeteria.
- Item reception: October 30, 13:00–October 31, 16:00
- Reception: Eroica Japan Headquarters
- How to enter: please inform headquarters staff at check-in.
- Eligible items: bicycles, bicycle parts and cycling-related goods
- Auction: held during CIAO EROICA
At reception, please briefly provide the exhibitor’s name and contact details, the name of the item, and its provenance and description. Items whose provenance or ownership cannot be confirmed, or which the organizer considers unsuitable for the charity auction, may be refused.

Volunteers are wanted for Eroica Japan 2026 from October 28 through November 2.

E-check and Rental Bikes
E-check 2026 is now open. It applies to all REYNOLDS RIDE and Eroica Classic Ride courses. The deadline is October 28 at 11:59 p.m. JST, and one response is required for each bicycle.
Self-inspection, inspection by another person, or inspection by a bicycle shop is accepted. The official mechanic inspection fee is ¥5,000.

Rental bicycle owners and businesses may register eligible bicycles for rental.
