All participants in the event, even those in possession of a sports card (as per Art. 5), are REQUIRED to present to the organizers one of the following valid MEDICAL CERTIFICATES, depending on the chosen route:

• COMPETITIVE MEDICAL CERTIFICATE FOR CYCLING for those participating in the Long "Via delle Vigne Eroiche" and Medium "Via dei Laghi" routes;
• NON-COMPETITIVE MEDICAL CERTIFICATE FOR CYCLING for those participating in the Short "Via dei Castelli" Cycling Touring route;

N.B. The medical certificate must be uploaded online to the MyEroica platform in the "My Documents" section within 30 days of the race date. The uploaded certificate will be checked and validated online within 15 days of the upload date. If the medical certificate is not compliant, it will be rejected and cancelled, and the registered participant must upload a new, compliant one.

The competitive medical certificate must be specific to CYCLING. Medical certificates issued for other sports, such as triathlon, athletics, etc., will not be accepted. Anyone who fails to comply with this requirement will not be considered a registered participant and will not be entitled to a refund of the registration fee.

According to Presidential Decree no. 445 of December 28, 2000, each participant must declare that the documents uploaded to the MyEroica system are truthful and correspond to the originals in their possession.

Italian cyclists with a sports card from the ASDI, FCI, ACSI, UISP, CSAIN, CSI, or a Bike Card, are also required to upload the medical certificate to the MyEroica platform.
