NOVA Eroica becomes Epic. The world of Eroica, in its NOVA spirit, is turning to the growing world of ultra with a new proposal: Nova Eroica Epic Route. On Saturday, April 11, 2026, this edition will take participants along the roads that made Eroica great, pushing them even further: 290km and 5500 metres of elevation gain. While the distance changes and requires adequate legs and heart, the spirit remains the same: Race Ride Relax. It is a formula that combines ‘the beauty of effort and the taste of achievement’ with an element of fun, informality and sociability that are essential in the gravel culture that has established itself in recent years.

The route passes through Val D'Orcia and Chianti and has been created to offer an immersion in the most beautiful landscapes and roads of Tuscany, bringing together iconic places such as the climb to Monte Sante Marie and Castiglion del Bosco or the iconic white road of Castello di Brolio with panoramas and contexts waiting to be discovered. An experience that will take athletes cycling even at night, testing their ability to manage fatigue and tiredness.
