The great adventure of L’Eroica is no longer restricted to the first Sunday of October but can be enjoyed all year long riding on the permanent route.
The permanent route of the Eroica extends for a total of 209 km in the heart of the Siena area, crossing the Chianti, the Crete Senesi and the Val d'Orcia, making a journey into the essence of the legendary Tuscan landscape and presents technical characteristics that make this itinerary a great opportunity for those who practice cycle tourism. The itinerary is characterized by continuous movement on asphalt and dirt roads and has a total difference in altitude of approximately 3,800 metres.
The route can be completed throughout the year and with any type of bike.
